Customized, personalized, specialty, and made-to-order items may take longer to process and ship because additional time is needed to create your item specifically for you.

If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order so we can let you know if we can accommodate your requested timeframe.

♡ Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! Eligible non-customized items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All customized, personalized, specialty, and made-to-order items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Because these items are created specifically for you, please carefully review all names, spelling, colors, sizes, designs, and customization details before your order is placed.

If your customized item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact My Little Treasures within 7 days of delivery so we can work with you to make it right.
