Shipping & Processing

Ready-to-ship items: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Custom orders: Customized, personalized, specialty, and made-to-order items may require additional preparation time.

Delivery times vary by product, destination, carrier, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Need your order by a particular date? Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether your requested timeframe can be accommodated.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible non-customized items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Customized & Personalized Items

Customized, personalized, specialty, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except that damage or order errors should be reported as described below.

Please carefully review all names, spelling, colors, sizes, designs, and customization details before placing your order.

Damage or errors with a custom order

If your customized item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can work with you to make it right.
